Career Path of Achim Windschiegl
After completing his training as a plastics and rubber processing technician at Hörauf & Kohler GmbH, Achim Windschiegl worked there as a skilled employee until November 2003. In December 2003, he joined Kläger Plastik GmbH, where he simultaneously pursued further professional qualifications to become an Industrial Master in Plastics Technology.
Beginning in spring 2014, he took on new responsibilities in the area of work preparation, ranging from purchasing to production planning. Following various advanced training programs, he became head of the Work Preparation and Purchasing departments in 2015. In 2018, he additionally assumed responsibility for Logistics, marking the next step in his professional career at Kläger Plastik.
Achim Windschiegl played a key role in advancing the company’s technologies and production capacities — milestones that became necessary due to growth at both company locations and the increasing complexity of products and processes.
