We process technical plastics, such as various types of PA and POM, in addition to classic PP and HDPE. In particular, we have become experts in injection moulding the high-performance plastic PPS. We are also able to injection-mould delicate metal inserts (hybrid injection moulding or insert technology).
We cover the entire development and manufacturing process, from systematic sampling to large-scale production. Our range of services is rounded off by real engineering, paired with technical consultations with our Key Account Management. Even the most effective chemicals are useless without the right professional tool to apply them! That’s what our new masterpieces are for – the new generation of professional spraying technology for special solvent mixtures and aggressive acids.
The trigger spray bottles in our Masterpiece Line offer the perfect solution, the first of its kind on the market. New, aggressive fluids corrode the materials they come into direct contact with. After just a few applications these liquids make conventional spraying bottles unserviceable. The compressed air sprayers in the new Kläger brand Masterpiece Line are reliable, professional products that guarantee continuous, safe spraying.
