Achim Windschiegl’s career path

Following his apprenticeship as a process mechanic for plastic and rubber technology at Hörauf & Kohler GmbH, Achim Windschiegl continued to work there as a skilled employee until November 2003. In December 2003 he joined Kläger Plastik GmbH, where he completed an extra-occupational qualification as an industrial master craftsman in plastics. From spring 2014, he took on new duties in the field of operations scheduling, from purchasing to production planning. After completing a wide range of further training programmes, he became the manager of the operations scheduling and purchasing departments. In 2018, he also became responsible for logistics, the next step in his career at Kläger Plastik.

Achim Windschiegel has made a decisive contribution to the further development of technologies and production capacities at our company. These milestones were essential due to the company’s growth at both sites and the increased complexity of the products and processes.
