Thread inserts, plugs, contacts or axles are injection-moulded with plastic. This is carried out during the process either manually or with full automation using robots. State-of-the-art processing, automation and quality assurance technology enables us to combine the advantages of metal and plastic into a solid, integrated component as part of this insert process technology.

We support you throughout the entire process, and, as a customer, you have the benefit of our in-house development and design department. Its close proximity to the project management and manufacturing departments enables us to play a part in the operational processes. Decisions and approvals can be made more quickly, allowing us to react faster.

In comparison to traditional technical plastics, PPS is more reliable and can withstand significant differences in temperature, extreme pressure and the long-term effects of aggressive chemicals, such as fuel.

We produce precision components made of high-performance plastics such as PPS for products with requirements for robust materials. We also manufacture innovative hybrid parts. These are highly complex plastic/metal parts, consisting of at least two different raw materials.

It is difficult to generalise about how long any given project will take to develop. If the request involves an injection-moulded part that we have a lot of experience with and whose design the customer has already optimised for the injection moulding process, then the procedure does not take long and an offer can be put together within a week. In urgent cases we can be flexible, and are usually able to give you an approximate price within one working day. For inquiries about components involving complex processes, it takes considerably longer to put together an offer. However, it is definitely worth investing the time. There needs to be a proper foundation to ensure the smoothest possible realisation of the project.

Our systematic quality assurance and the integrated certified processes in compliance with ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 14001 (environmental management) guarantee that we can meet customer requirements while complying with industry norms and legal standards. The Masterpiece Line pressure sprayers have unprecedented resistance to aggressive liquids. The Solve+ version is suitable for petroleum-based solvents and aggressive mixtures. The Acid+ version enables the spraying of concentrated acids.

Kläger Plastik sprayers are exclusively resuable products. Our K1-K4 models are durable and suitable for multiple, long-term use. With the combinable bottle types from our range, the sprayers also represent a popular and environmentally friendly refill option, which is also suitable for filling products from large containers into manageable sizes.

Yes, Kläger Plastik is also a manufacturer of plastic bottles made of HDPE. We offer a wide range of bottle shapes from 250 to 1000 ml to match our trigger sprayers. You can find an overview here.

Our assigned parcel service GLS delivers all parcels 100% climate-neutrally since 1 October 2019. The CO2 emissions generated by the delivery are not only compensated by a certified project every year, GLS also invests in further actions, such as the increased use of electric vehicles, the establishment of micro depots close to the city, the use of 100% sustainable electricity and the expansion of photovoltaic systems.

• As a manufacturer of high-quality spraying systems, sustainability is a top priority for us. Our products make an important contribution to avoiding waste. Kläger Plastik pressure sprayers, bottles and trigger sprayers are long-lasting reusable products and therefore also offer practical refill solutions.

Since the different models are made of a range of plastics and seals, they can be used to spray acids and solvents, alkaline and water-based liquids. Unfortunately, there is no one sprayer that can be used for all substances. We are happy to check your substance and make some recommendations.

We process the plastics PP and PA, seals made of FKM, expert FKM, EPDM, NBR and VMQ, as well as springs made of V2A and V4A.

The delivery time depends on the production workload. Normally, there is a delivery time of approx. 8-10 weeks for compressed air sprayers. Small volumes of under 100 pieces can be delivered faster. The delivery date we confirm with you is usually given in calendar weeks and is the date of dispatch.

No, our bottles and trigger sprayers are not suitable for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical or food sectors. However, we do produce compressed air sprayers especially designed for foodstuffs – click here to see our Food & Kitchen Chef range.

For orders of 3,000 or more, we offer our complete bottle range in our standard colours (red, blue, orange, black, green, anthracite). You can also request your own choice of colour!

Due to the wide variety of products we make, Kläger Plastik produces to order. We keep small quantities of individual plastic bottles in stock. Precision and hybrid parts made of technical plastics are always produced for each individual customer.

Unfortunately, as a private customer, you cannot order directly from us, since we only deliver to business customers. These include

As a private customer, you are still free to call us. We will advise you as to which of our partners can supply you with our products.

Our minimum order value is 100,00 euros net plus shipping. This is reduced to 25,00 euros for replacement parts.
